Downloadable packs for journalists and researchers: every published dashboard's headline figures with vintages and citations, plus livability rankings where a rankings page exists. Figures are published exactly as shown on the dashboards; the generator never guesses, estimates, or substitutes a figure. A dashboard with no extractable headline section is listed in its state's coverage file with a reason — never filled from another dashboard or year.
603 dashboards across 8 states. 521 carry headline figures (2959 figure rows in total); 82 are recorded as missing in their coverage files, with reasons.

Each pack is generated from the dashboard files themselves at deploy time, and regenerated fresh with every deploy — no pack file is ever hand-edited. When a new pack differs from the previous one, changed figures are review flags, not auto-accepts: a changed headline figure means the dashboard changed, and the dashboard's own verification must have covered it. Each state's methodology note carries the full schema, provenance rules, and regeneration design.
