Unofficial demonstration dashboard

Binghamton, New York

Unofficial demonstration dashboard for the City of Binghamton, New York, built from the General Fund adopted-budget columns in the city’s March 2026 official statement.

Basis — read this first: Every figure on this page comes from the City of Binghamton’s Preliminary Official Statement dated March 19, 2026 (Fiscal Advisors), Appendix A2, which carries 2026 Adopted Budget columns for the General Fund. Scope, disclosed: this is a General Fund–only dashboard — the city budget book itself was not retrieved, so no all-funds total is shown; the September 2025 mayoral unveiling of a roughly $111 million plan was a proposal and is not used. The appendix states it is not itself audited and its figures rest on the city’s adopted budgets (unaudited).

Overview

Binghamton’s 2026 adopted General Fund budget shows revenues of $77,022,929 against expenditures of $78,436,928, with transfers out of $386,000 — a gap of $1,799,999 covered from fund balance (beginning balance $1,799,999).
