Trego County, Kansas

Presented through its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. This is Trego County, Kansas — other states’ Trego Counties are not this government. The County is governed by a three-member commission.

Basis — read this first: every figure on this page comes from the County’s audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, prepared on the KMAAG regulatory basis. The auditors gave an adverse opinion on U.S. GAAP and an unmodified opinion on the regulatory basis. Figures are actuals, not budget authority, except where a budget comparison is stated. The reporting entity includes the Trego County Fair Association and excludes the Trego County-Lemke Memorial Hospital.
