Basis — read this first: Every figure on this page comes from the Examiners of Public Accounts audit of the Morgan County Commission for October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025 (report 26-504, filed September 11, 2026; auditor's report dated August 19, 2026), with an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. Figures are audited actuals for FY2024-25, not a budget. Photo: no verified freely-licensed hero photo was found for Morgan County within the photo-attempt cap, so this page ships without one rather than with a generic substitute.
